First session usually last about 90 mins with follow up/maintenance sessions usually lasting about 60 mins

Payment

Payment can be made on the day of the visit or BACS transfer, to be paid within 48hours on receipt of the invoice, which will be sent within 24hrs of the session.

Mileage

An extra charge will be applied to a session outside of the 30 mile radius of Bramley (contact for more details)

Discounts/Block bookings

3 or more horses on the same yard, a discounted rate will be offered
More than one session can be booked - Payable in advance

Cancellation Policy

I appreciate that plans change and you may need to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment - full treatment cost due.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before appointment - half treatment cost due.
Cancellation more than 48 hours before the appointment - no charge

If there is an emergency situation that stops you from fulfilling the appointment - please let me know as soon as possible and I can look at rescheduling this booking.
